The biggest home cinema topic is the new generation of 4K/120Hz DLP projectors. Tobi previews the AWOL Vision LuxVision with Optical Shift, the XGIMI AURA 3 Max and the JMGO IRIS Ultra Max — three launches that could be particularly relevant for large-screen gaming and modern living-room cinema.
The video also explains why 4K at 120Hz is technically interesting with current DLP architecture and which questions still need a real demonstration: motion, latency, brightness, contrast and whether the extra processing power also benefits films. OLED, audio and other home-entertainment launches are on the list as well.
IFA day itself is planned as a focused reporting marathon. Tobi wants to interview the people behind the products, collect genuine impressions and take viewer questions with him. The video also previews upcoming tests of a RUIPRO HDMI 2.1 fibre-optic cable and the Monitor Audio Silver 100 8G.
